Dr. Edy Greenblatt, Ph.D., PCC, is a Leadership & Team Effectiveness Expert, transformational coach, AWARD-winning author, and serial entrepreneur.  

As founder and president of Execu-Care Coaching & Consulting, Inc., Dr Edy creates radically innovative interdisciplinary interventions that help leaders, teams, and organizations learn, grow, laugh, and energize while they rise to meet demanding performance challenges.  Her blended solutions may include interactive on-line or classroom sessions, aerial arts and flying trapeze, embodied and peer coaching, world dance, WATSUcoach supervision, ethnographic analysis, and offsite corporate effectiveness and resilience retreats. She has successfully worked with hundreds of organizations, non-profits, start-ups, entrepreneurs and in-house leaders and creative contributors.

As CEO and co-founder of Restoration Vacation, Inc. (RVI), Dr. Edy leads a team on a mission to end burnout and increase resilience using artificial intelligence-supported Integrated Resilience (TM). RVI aligns the needs of leaders, work teams, families, corporate finances, and the global travel and tourism industry to improve everyone’s well-being and bottom line.

She has recently been on the faculty of two of the world’s top executive education institutions – Center for Creative Leadership and the DeSautels Centre for Integrative Thinking at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto in addition to having served on the faculties of University of Southern California Marshall School of Business’ Center for Effective Organizations and University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) Department of World Arts and Cultures/Dance.

Dr. Greenblatt earned her Ph.D. in the Joint Program in Organizational Behavior at Harvard University and Harvard Business School. She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial ventures, and individuals on leadership, team effectiveness, integrated resilience, communications, women’s leadership, performance improvement and executive coaching engagements worldwide (see credentials).

Dr. Edy previously worked as a Management Consultant and Organization Practice Specialist with McKinsey & Company assisting with the development of McKinsey’s internal women’s leadership program and large scale organizational transformations. She has also had successful careers as a dance ethnologist, television and radio talk show host, performing artist and a circus peanut vendor. Edy is the author of numerous books and articles including her award-winning seminal work on resilience:  Restore Yourself: The Antidote for Professional Exhaustion.

Dr. Edy is an entertaining and sought-after speaker, change agent, coach and coach supervisor, dividing her time Southern California and suburban Tel Aviv.  In her free time she mentors children, dances, swims, studies WATSU and flying trapeze, and, more often than one might suspect, sleeps. Dr Edy’s latest hobby is learning to be a good pet parent to her new Havanese puppy Buddy.
